Waipahu AJA 2024-25 Triumphs Over Ewa AJA 2024-25 In Late-Game Victory

Waipahu AJA 2024-25 bested Ewa AJA 2024-25 3-1 on Sunday after taking the lead late in the game. The game was tied at one in the bottom of the seventh when Tyler Hanzawa singled, scoring two runs.
The pitching was strong on both sides. Waipahu AJA 2024-25 pitchers struck out five, while Ewa AJA 2024-25 sat down seven.
A double by Ryan Murakami put Ewa AJA 2024-25 on the board in the top of the first.
Zach Kometani singled to center field, which helped Waipahu AJA 2024-25 tie the game at one in the bottom of the first.
Shaun Kiriu earned the win for Waipahu AJA 2024-25. The hurler gave up six hits and one run over nine innings, striking out five and walking none. Jarvis Nohara took the loss for Ewa AJA 2024-25. The hurler went two innings, giving up two runs on one hit, striking out one and walking three. Brandon Kameoka led things off on the hill for Ewa AJA 2024-25. The pitcher allowed six hits and one run (zero earned) over four innings, striking out three and walking one.
Hanzawa drove the middle of the lineup, leading Waipahu AJA 2024-25 with two runs batted in. The right-handed hitter went 2-for-3 on the day. Justin Protacio, Kramer Aoki, and Hanzawa each collected two hits for Waipahu AJA 2024-25. Chevas Numata led Waipahu AJA 2024-25 with two walks. Overall, the team had a strong eye at the plate, amassing six walks for the game.
Murakami went 1-for-4 at the plate and led the team with one run batted in. Kyler Shojinaga, Cal Muramaru, Murakami, David Nakamura, Brandon Yamamoto, and Bryce Onaga each collected one hit for Ewa AJA 2024-25. Ewa AJA 2024-25 were sure-handed in the field and didn’t commit a single error. Muramaru had the most chances in the field with six.
