Waipahu Blows Away Sheridan By 11 Runs
- Waipahu blew out Sheridan 14-3 on Wednesday.
- Waipahu got things moving in the first inning, when Kale Kaalekahi singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.
- David Torigoe was credited with the victory for Waipahu . He went four innings, allowing one run on two hits, striking out five and walking one. Jordan Deponte threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen. Deponte recorded the last nine outs to earn the save for Waipahu .
- Eric Lum took the loss for Sheridan . He lasted two-thirds of an inning, allowing five hits and seven runs while striking out two.
- Waipahu had 14 hits in the game. Kaalekahi and Revan Wong all managed multiple hits for Waipahu . Wong and Kaalekahi each collected three hits to lead Waipahu .
