Manoa Can’t Hold Up Against Sheridan
Nothing came easy for Manoa on Sunday, as they fell 13-3 to Sheridan
Aron Okamoto was the winning pitcher for Sheridan. The righthander lasted five innings, allowing three hits and one run while striking out three. Asher Ginoza and Brandon Roberts entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
Christopher Nam took the loss for Manoa. The hurler allowed eight hits and 13 runs over four innings, striking out three.
Bryson Nakamura led Manoa with two hits in four at bats.
Joey Maekawa went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Sheridan in hits. Sheridan didn’t commit a single error in the field. Jacob Maekawa had the most chances in the field with nine.
