Pearl City Takes Victory Over Ewa
Pearl City defeated Ewa 6-3 on Sunday.
Pearl City got things moving in the second inning. An error scored one run for Pearl City.
Daven Hermosura earned the victory on the mound for Pearl City. Hermosura allowed three hits and one run over seven innings, striking out three and walking one. Cory Yuh threw two innings in relief out of the bullpen. Yuh recorded the last six outs to earn the save for Pearl City.
Jarvis Nohara took the tough luck loss for Ewa. The bulldog only allowed four hits and six runs (only 2 earned) over eight innings, striking out three.
Tyler Tokunaga, Austyn Nagamine, Davin Kapuras, and Tanner Inouye each collected one hit to lead Pearl City.
Bryce Onaga went 2-for-4 at the plate to lead Ewa in hits.
