2013 STATISTICS
March 10th marked the end of another successful season with perennial contender Kalaheo Farmers taking the title with a perfect 9 and 0 record. The Hanapepe Rivermen ended their season in second place followed by the Makaweli Indians. Kapaa and Lihue secured the fifth and sixth spots.
Outstanding players for Kalaheo includes pitcher-outfielder Kaleo Saiki, pitcher-catcher Brandon Ishibashi, short stop Kainoa Santos, pitcher-infielder Jensen Koga, catcher Austin Oshiro, outfielders Kaina McCallum and Marcus Oketani and utility players Jake Oketani and Tuki McCallum. The champions were led by skipper Peter Ishibashi and Jayson Koga. Other players on the Kalaheo roster include: Micah Layosa, Ross Kagawa, Palani “Zoom” Bukoski, and Duane Miyasato.
Joining the Kalaheo Farmers on the All-Star team include: Brenden Hew (Waimea), Robbie Correa and Keith Nonaka (Hanapepe), Bradley Maruyama (Makaweli), and Ikaika Pezario (Kapaa).
