Hawaii State Tournament April 8-9, 2017

We invite all baseball fans to attend free of charge our 82th annual State Tournament on April 8, 2017 at Hans L’Orange Park and April 9, 2017 at Les Murakami Baseball Stadium.  The State Champion will be determined from among Oahu (Sheridan), Kauai (Makaweli Indians), Hawaii (Keeaukaha Warriors) and Maui (Happy Hour) league champions/all star teams.  Plan to watch baseball in Hawaii at its highest level and to celebrate as AJA baseball honors long time volunteers Eddie Hayashi & Zen Abe.   This will conclude AJA Baseball’s 113th year of play in Hawaii.

Please see the State tab for further details.  Eddie Hayashi & Zen Abe will throw out the ceremonial 1st pitch as part of Saturday’s Opening Ceremony at 12:30pm. The AJA Baseball community will honor Eddie Hayashi for his 63 years of association with and service to AJA baseball and Zenichi Abe for his 60+ years of service to AJA baseball, particularly his dedication to maintaining the Hans L’Orange baseball Park.  The Tournament features games on Saturday at 10am (Oahu vs Kauai) and 1:30pm (Maui vs Hawaii) and games on Sunday at 9am (Losers from Saturday games) and 11:30am Championship Game.

Hope to see you at the Tournament.
