Waialae Beats Waipahu by ten Runs
- Waialae sailed to an easy victory over Waipahu 12-2 on Thursday
- Waialae got things moving in the first inning, when Mark Okano singled on the first pitch of the at bat, scoring two runs.
- Waialae tallied six runs in the fourth inning. Waialae big bats in the inning were led by a single by Drayson Ito and a double by Davin Morita.
- Micah Nakasone led the Waialae to victory on the hill. He lasted five innings, allowing four hits and one run while striking out five. Jeremy Delacruz and Ken Nakamoto entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
